  • Is the estimate really free?
    Yes – we provide no-obligation, on-site estimates at no cost. You'll receive a clear written quote before any work begins.
  • How quickly can you respond to my request?
    For standard quote requests, we typically follow up within one business day. For emergency situations involving fallen or hazardous trees, we aim to respond within the hour – call us directly for fastest service.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve Bend and the greater Central Oregon region, including Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and Tumalo. Not sure if you're in our service area? Send us a message and we'll let you know.
  • Do I need to be home during the estimate?
    It's helpful but not always required. For most jobs we need to see the site, so being present or having someone available to show us the tree is recommended.
  • What information should I have ready when I contact you?
    A general description of the tree (approximate size, species if known, and what you need done), your address, and your preferred contact method. Photos of the tree are welcome but not required.
